The Work, and What It Was Built to Fix

Every engagement here started with a diagnosis, not a catalogue. Each write-up names the performance gap in behavioural terms, the design decisions behind the program, and the evidence the client actually holds.

Ordermo: three days, one shared language across every department

Three separate topic requests, one silo problem underneath all of them. We delivered Customer Centricity, Level Up Marketing, and Modern-Day Leadership® as a single sequence to the whole company, CEO included.

How Every Write-Up Is Built

The order never changes, because the diagnosis has to come before the design.

01

The Challenge

What people were doing versus what they should have been doing, the root cause behind it, and what it was costing the business.

02

Program and Methodology

How the gap was diagnosed, the objectives agreed with the sponsor, the module sequence and methods, and what was built specifically for this client.

03

Results

Reaction, learning, behaviour, or business results, each labelled for what it is and reported only as far as the client’s own data goes.

What We Will and Will Not Claim

Three rules we hold ourselves to, so an HR or L&D buyer can trust what is on the page.

The diagnosis comes before the design

Every case study opens with the performance gap in behavioural terms, what people were doing versus what they should have been doing, and the root cause we found. Where part of the problem sat outside training’s reach, we say so.

Results are labelled by evidence level

Reaction, learning, behaviour, and business results are four different claims. We report at the highest level the client can actually evidence and label it, rather than letting a satisfaction score imply a change in performance.

Constraints are named, not hidden

Where reinforcement was limited by budget or calendar, the case study says it and states what we recommended instead. A write-up that admits a limit is the one worth showing your sponsor.

A case study that could have been written about any provider is not evidence. Specificity is the product.
